Seren is by far the best nanny and helper we've ever had, and we miss her dearly since she moved away. She worked for us part-time for 3 years, and during that time she took care of our kids and helped with chores. Seren is great with children and she is just as great with household management. She has a wonderfully calm way of connecting with children. Her years of childcare experience is evident in the calm and consistent way she responds to children's needs, while still guiding them. My kids loved having her and I never had a moment of concern for their safety. She invariably made excellent choices and communicated clearly. Seren is punctual and very reliable. Her work ethic is exceptional. Whenever we asked her to do things in a specific way because of our preferences for our kids, she always tried to adopt or incorporate it with a great attitude, e.g. ways to engage kids outdoors, engaging in creative projects or helping kids get ready to leave the house. Seren is the best!
