I have worked with children of all ages for over 21 years. The first 12 years I worked as a mental health counselor providing direct care to children in institutional settings such as the Children's Hospital. The last 9 years I have been a professional in-home nanny. I have experience with all ages, from newborn infants to school-aged children and teenagers. I have extensive knowledge of child development and different ways to foster it. I really enjoy planning and doing activities with children such as crafts, science experiments, and trips to places like the pool, museums, etc. I enjoy sports, especially swimming, hiking and orienteering, but also team sports like soccer and basketball. I have experience with tutoring older children and teaching little ones the basics.

Senia cared for our infant daughter for eight months as part of a nanny share. Senia was very professional and dependable. She did a great job helping us get our daughter on a good schedule.
