Selena came to our home with someone else that we did not know without notifying us first. The reason we trust care.com is because we know the people we allow into our home have been considered safe so to have a random person she didn’t even Introduce was very scary. She also was told to do 3 specific things and only did 1/3. She did not dust or clean baseboards! We hired her for a deep clean and I could have done a better job myself to be honest.
