About Selena

I'd describe my personality as patient, nurturing, and supportive. I am mostly quiet and reserved but once you get to know me I open up and become talkative and funny. I like caring for seniors because I love learning and listening to their stories. I find they are so knowledgeable and have so many great experiences. I'm looking for a job that will let me put my time, energy and care into helping someone who needs support. I started caring for seniors when I was younger in high school as one of my first jobs. I loved the experience. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog, read, write, watch tv shows or movies, exercise, go shopping or visit thrift / antique stores and art activities. One thing you should know about me is I am a very professional person who has 13yrs of management experience. My skills include assisting with daily care tasks such as cleaning, laundry, food preparation, errands, transportation needs, assisting with personal, medicinal, and physical care.
