I'm a dedicated early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience supporting young children through respectful, play-based learning. My approach is deeply influenced by Magda Gerber's RIE philosophy, emphasizing trust, autonomy, and authentic connection. I bring an open, flexible mindset. Curiosity and reflection are valued. In addition to my strong foundation in early childhood education, I've also worked in elder care, an experience that has deepened my belief in the power of respectful, relationship-based caregiving across the lifespan. I'm committed to creating nurturing spaces where all individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. I provide safe, caring, respectful, consistent and developmentally appropriate interactions. I'm very comfortable with challenging behaviors, food allergies, learning differences etc. I also love pets of any kind that walk, fly, or slither, so no worries!. ( I do pet sitting and boarding as well).
