With over six years of experience, I am adept at creating a safe and nurturing environment for kids of all ages, ranging from infants to preteens. I have a friendly and approachable nature, which allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and follow the parents' preferred method to ensure we're on the same page regarding their child's well-being and development. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I understand the importance of consistency and structure in a child's life and work closely with parents to ensure their expectations are met. I have worked in a preschool for a year now, and am very good with 2-5-year-olds. I have watched preteens before but I get along with everyone.
