For this reason I have a very close experience with the life and the needs of a disabled person. Seemed very enthusiastic and sounded great. Said she was very interested in my job and confirmed the day before. Never showed up and never responded to let me know she wasn't coming or why she was no longer a candidate less than 12 hours after she said she'd be here.
