Sandra is absolutely FANTASTIC! She is a great nanny with such a loving, calm, warm and caring presence that carries on to the care for the children she works with. Our 6 month old son gets so happy and would smile, laugh and bounce up and down once he sees her walk through the door in the morning. Sandra is very friendly, cooperative, dependable and professional. She got to know our son, thus got to know his personality, his cues and anticipated his needs. Sandra was always punctual and if she was running even 5 minutes behind, she would communicate that and give us a heads up. Sandra uses and manages time efficiently. If our son was napping she would carry out tasks related to the baby. If the tasks were done, she would often times find other ways to help tidy up. We love working with Sandra and having her part of our family. We are lucky to have her and would highly recommend her to anyone.
