About Sandra

Hi. My name is Sandy and I am the mother of two boys who are now young adults. I have experience as a preschool teacher in Maryland and as a childcare provider/nanny both in Maryland and in Florida. I deeply value and enjoy children. I have cared for infant twins a couple of times, preschoolers and elementary school aged children. I have cared for multiple families, some outside of Care. com. The last family I helped through Care. com, I spent 3 years with until they moved from the area. Additionally, I volunteer with Easter Seals' therapeutic horse riding program for disabled children and adults. I have taken the last two years off and am now considering helping the right family with their part time needs. My hourly rate depends on the number of children and requirements of the job and so will be specific to each family. Thank you.
