We highly recommend Sanaa M. for employment as a nanny/babysitter for young children. We met Sanaa in May 2013. We screened numerous nannies and Sanaa stood out clearly above all the others. Her compassion, deep-seated love for children and tireless dedication to our family ensured she quickly integrated into our family as our son's nanny. While Sanaa was caring for our son, he thrived. Her loving, nurturing heart has greatly contributed to the happy little fella our son has grown to be. We come home in the evening to the same happy boy we left in the morning. It is clearly evident how much she loves our son. Aside from her love for our son, she worked to foster his development. Through Sanaa's non-stop interaction, daily readings of books and development, he became a thriving and outgoing toddler. She has worked with him to help him learn to sit, stand, and walk. We also believe her impressive language skills, speaking multiple languages and reading books with him, will benefit our son for years to come and are a great contribution to his ability to learn new sounds and put them together. Sanaa is the type of nanny every family hopes they will find. She is always punctual and extremely flexible with our family's constantly changing schedule - even with little to no notice. When it comes to the care of our son, she openly communicates with us, follows our wishes, and is extremely diligent when it comes to his welfare - immediately changing diapers, ensuring he is fed on time, taking him for walks, ensuring he gets ample time for naps, and giving him love and attention. We highly recommend Sanaa.
