About Sam

Hi! My name is Sam. I'm a college student at Chico State, graduating this fall with a degree in Environmental Science. I'm looking for a summer job before heading back to school in August. I'd describe myself as kind, responsible, outdoorsy, and fun. I love staying active with hobbies like fly fishing, skateboarding, cooking, and playing baseball for Chico State's club team-I'm a big fan of all sports! I really enjoy working with kids because I love making them laugh, helping them learn, and having a positive impact on their lives. I've been around kids my whole life-caring for my younger sister, babysitting for neighbors throughout high school, and currently watching my cousin's three kids (ages 2, 4, and 6) on some weekends. Families can count on me to be reliable, flexible, and supportive of their needs. I'm free most of the summer and open to different types of childcare opportunities.
