I've always had a passion for working with children, and after my positive experiences babysitting, I knew I wanted to pursue a career as a childcare provider. I'm patient, calm, and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I approach my work creatively and imaginatively, and I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to engage with children. I have completed coursework in early child development. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue. I provide daily written reports, and I'm always available for verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone call. I understand the importance of keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I love playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning.
