Hello, I am looking to working with kids again, and my passion first thing out of college, was working as a TSS with a fifth grade boy diagnosed with autism. The changes we both made over the school year were incredible. He had become more independent in normal class settings, his attention span lengthened, and his communication improved so much! Mom was so thrilled until I left for a better job so I could support myself. Ive learned that my heart is happier with kids and this could be a good start for a more permanent position
