I have 16 years of experience working with infants and toddlers, 9 of those years is in a Montessori environment. I love to teach children in a way that they would want to learn more. I believe in the Montessori philosophy of taking care of the whole child. Guiding them in caring for themselves, their environment and others. I love nurturing their interest in reading and music. I also enjoy taking them on trips to the park, library and zoo. I have a 9 yr old son and any position that I take, I would need to be able to bring him with me when his school is closed or doesn't have camp.

Sam and her son have been with us since October of 2021 and they are everything to our family. I always say it scares me how much I trust Sam with my kids, because I shouldn’t trust anyone with my kids as much as I trust her. But she’s earned it. She is patient and calm. She is easy to communicate with about scheduling, and keeping me updated on their schedules for the day. She taught my kids to play independently, but also spends time with them. I love that she’s always takes them to the zoo, the library, play places, hiking, etc. She taught my kids to be responsible for their own water bottles, toys, trash, dishes. She has brought so much to our family. And her son is always very kind and respectful at our house. We have been so lucky to have them as part of our family.
