Sam cared for our daughter from the time she was 6 months old until she started preschool at age 4. She is incredibly trustworthy, skilled, and dependable — someone we could count on every single day without question. Handling changes or unexpected situations with grace and superb judgment, she was consistently reliable and composed. We were always reassured knowing our daughter was in such capable hands. One of the most special things about Sam is the way she balanced being both a beloved part of our family and a consummate professional. She quickly developed a deep, loving bond with our daughter, who absolutely adores her. At the same time, she always maintained the highest standards of professionalism and was respectful of our home, boundaries, and parenting style. Sam communicated openly and kindly, and we always felt in sync when it came to our daughter’s care. From knowing exactly when our daughter was ready for new milestones, to gently guiding us through tricky phases — teething, sleep transitions, potty training — she had a sixth sense for what was needed. As first-time parents, my husband and I often turned to Sam for advice, and she supported us with patience, kindness, and a quiet confidence that put us at ease. We grew so much as parents during the years she was with us, in no small part thanks to her.
