Sam is fun to be around the kiddos love her. She comes up with exciting activities. She is a great babysitter. However, she isn’t very organized. Whenever the kids would move from activity to the next they would leave their toys, crafts etc behind. It becomes an issue when it’s time to leave for the day and the house looks like a tornado rolled through it. Sam wants to be helpful but she usually completes only half the task. She is a great sitter but she still needs more development in the tasks attached to kids care. I believe that with the right mentor and time, she can achieve it but she is not the best fit for our family at the moment.
