About Salina

I'd describe my personality as creative, compassionate, & fun! I like working with kids because I love watching them learn about the world around them and implement their own ideas into building their own personalities. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help children grow and learn amazing things about the world. I started working with kids when I was 12. I learned so much during my teenage years babysitting that I started working at child care centers when I turned 19 and have loved it ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, exercise, & cook. I love to work with hands and create things. One thing you should know about me is I love to work as a team with parents. As a teacher, I love talking with each child's family to find out how to provide the best possible care for their child. My skills include emotional development, creating age appropriate activities for all ages, & organization/cleanliness.
