About Ryland

As a caregiver with nine years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and thrive. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am experienced in caring for children of all ages. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and I have completed coursework in early child development. In my role as a childcare provider, I strive to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open and honest communication, and I am always happy to provide updates on your child's day or to discuss any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that be verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I am willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming.
