About Ry

I have 3 years of experience. I can help with travel, errands, tutoring, and grocery shopping. I currently work at a shelter for youth and a residential treatment center for foster kids. I love working with kids, and trauma-informed, strengths-based care is very important to me. I like to validate and build up the self esteem of the youth I work with, and like to help them realize their strengths and values as people. I think boundaries and being consistent are very important as well as having fun and being creative.
