Interviewed and hired, Ryan was set to start. Pretty nice girl. She agreed to the pay and the hours. She was a little slow at texting back. I saw her last review, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I messaged her the day before and the day of her start date, still didn't get any responses back. Needless to say, she didn't show for her first day.. with no notification of any kind. Put us in a bind. Really wish she would have gave us a heads up that she wasn't interested any longer, so we could find someone who was serious about the position.
