Ryan is kind, caring, honest, dependable, organized, always exhibiting a positive attitude and willing to go above and beyond to help. Ryan provided in home care for my elderly mother who is in the beginning stages of dementia, has a recent diagnosis of congestive heart failure, arteriosclerosis, bipolar disorder and has chronic pain in her back, knees and hips. My mom has to see Dr’s. and specialists often and it was very difficult for me to get my mom to her appointments because of my Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm work schedule. Ryan scheduled and transported my mom to all of her appointments. She also helped my mom do laundry, dishes, sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor as well as assisted my mom with meal preparation. My mom absolutely loved the days Ryan would take her out to get her hair and nails done. Ryan also took her shopping and out to lunch regularly. Ryan was very patient with my mom and encouraged as much independence as possible. If and when my mom and I need help again in the future, Ryan will always be our first choice!
