About Rupa

Hi! I'm Rupa, a warm, reliable, and compassionate caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and family support. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and am currently studying Child Development at City College (CD 65). In addition, I currently work as a Teacher Assistant, where I support classroom learning, help manage daily routines, and provide one-on-one support to children with diverse needs. With over two years of hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers, l've developed a calm, patient, and engaging approach to childcare. My role with Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage as a nanny has further strengthened my skills in providing responsive, personalized care in home settings. I am CPR and First Aid certified and hold a valid home care license. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I'm here to provide depe velopmentallv
