Royel was so kind and sweet. She showed up on time and had good communication. She is very new to cleaning so needed some guidance and feedback and then worked to make it right. She is not an experienced cleaner but had really good spirit and is a good learner. I could see her improving quickly if you give her a chance and some guidance.
