I'm married, a mother of boys and have worked in SPED 33 years. I am a good listener. I'm caring, friendly, empathetic and consistent. I like seniors because I am nurturing by nature. I love hearing their stories or just completing a puzzle with them. I am very adept at remaining calm and self- regulated in all situations. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with one family and offering help with cleaning, meals, showering, toileting household chores, or just being there to support them. I started caring for adults with Traumatic Brain Injury in the early 90's. I helped with all ADL, s, meals and community outings. I obtained my Dementia and Food Handling certifications in 3-2025. I began working at a Memory Care Facility. I like to go to dinner with my family and go for walks. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a caregiver by nature. My skills include being relational with seniors, staying calm in high stress situations and providing thorough care.
