I hired Roshan to help me with my post-surgical care. I interviewed quite a few others first, but ultimately chose Roshan because of her prompt and clear communication, her experience, and most of all her obviously kind demeanor. I knew from our first exchange that she would be accountable and someone I wouldn't have to worry about last minute-flaking or doing something weird (So many weirdos out there). Roshan was very communicative, on-time to all of my appointments and so caring as I was in those first, vulnerable couple days of recovery. She made me feel at ease and like I had known her forever; she's just one of those kinds of people. She was extremely organized with my meds and the timing of when I needed specific care (icing, etc.). She even made me charts for the timing of my meds! My Dr. was very impressed.
