About Roni

My name is Roni, and I am a second year Master's student at Columbia University. During my undergraduate years at Binghamton University, I was a tutor for an introductory Biology class. I conducted scheduled tutoring sessions six times a week for college students, while also providing guidance to any student who sought it. Before exams, I prepared a four to six-hour review session that covered all the class material. I was also the lead biology tutor at my tutoring center, which gave me the responsibility to oversee all biology tutors by evaluating their abilities to teach and giving them constructive criticism to refine their abilities. Tutoring is something that I value greatly because I understand that a good teacher is what can inspire others to be interested in a topic they would have otherwise never been interested in. My goal is to share the knowledge and study skills that not only help students get good grades, but also motivate them to get excited about school.
