About Romi

Hey my name is Romi and my pronouns are they/them. I have been working with kids for 11 years as a babysitter, counselor, teacher, and nanny, and deeply love the work I do. Within this time, I was a Pre-K teacher for 1 year and an Art and Crafts Director at a YMCA summer camp. I facilitate an accepting, creative and fun-filled environment for children to feel their most comfortable and excited to learn and play. I am extremely patient, adaptable and equipped to support conflict resolution and communication dynamics between siblings and friends. I am very able to help them calmly and consistently navigate social dynamics. I can help out with school work and housekeeping too! I am looking to work 10-30 hours. I would especially love to work with queer families but am open to all! I have my own car, I am CPR and First Aid certified, am vaccinated and am covid conscious.
