My name is Rohanna. I am currently a senior speech pathology major, psychology minor at Hampton University. With this major I have had to work with children and adults who have special needs. I also have an older brother who has down syndrome so he was one of the main reasons why I have such a love and passion for those who are special needs. I have also worked at child development centers that have had children with the autism spectrum disorder so I have also had some experience working with children who were on different levels of the spectrum. In the future after I complete my masters and doctorate I would like to open up my own practice for speech pathology and also start my own special needs center, where we would for individuals ages 6 weeks to adolescents and who knows maybe even extend it to adults.
