Rina was our nanny for our youngest for about 10 months (infant 2 months to 12 months) and still babysits our two girls a lot. She was wonderful with our little one, took her on multiple walks per day, worked with us for sleep training, and navigated baby led weaning with us. Now that the girls are older, Rina is always playing games or doing arts and crafts with them. She’s an integral part of our household!
