About Riley

Hello! My dedication and passion for working with children is a huge part of my life! My journey with childcare began at a young age where I spent a lot of time volunteering at an adoption agency and special needs center. There, I had the privilege of serving as a counselor for special needs children, offering them emotional support, understanding, and a safe space to thrive. I also had the opportunity to work closely with infants at the adoption agency, further honing my skills in infant care and understanding their unique needs and cues. My academic background strengthens my practical experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, giving me a deep understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional needs. Building on this foundation, I am currently obtaining my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education.
