About Riella

Hello parents! My name is Riella, I am 31 years old. I have been working with kids for over 15 years. I started as a babysitter, then worked in a pediatric unit as a restorative nurse assistant. After I worked in a preschool setting, & eventually decided to be a nanny. I have my early childhood certificate (EQIT) from Colorado, & my CPR/first aid certificate as well. I believe in positive reinforcement when it comes to disciplining children. I like to focus on "learning through play" & limiting screen time, my main goal is to educate children at a young age, to help set them up for a bright future.
