I've been working as a nanny with a young little boy who had autism, speech delay and many other health conditions for the past year. I fell in love with my job and I realized I have a special love for kids with disabilities. It definitely demanded more patience out of you but It was so rewarding to be able to help him grow and just to see how far he came in one year is so amazing.
