Renuka worked for us for almost 5 years. She started with us when my older son was 4 months old ( he is now 5 and my little one is 3). She is very loving, kind, thoughtful and extremely punctual. She became an extended part of our family. We moved homes to the suburbs and as she doesn't drive it became difficult for her to commute to our place. If she drove we would have continued with her until our boys left home. She is so committed that she still comes once a week to ensure my boys have the continuity with her. She is truly outstanding!
