About Rebecca

Through my college career, most of my time spent home during break has been spent as a substitute teacher and para professional in my local elementary school. Through this I have spent time with children ranging from preschool up to fifth grade. Supporting children academically and socially has been my primary goal when I am able to be in the building. In addition to this, I have spent six years and counting in various settings working with children over summers in camp helping to establish skills in leadership, social emotional skills, and problem solving skills. As someone who has worked in the ever changing academic system, I understand the challenges that come with new methods of learning.
