I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, patient and kind. I like working with kids because they have beautiful imaginations! I started working with kids when I was a teenager as a babysitter. I graduated with an Elementary Education degree and taught Kindergarten before having kids and then homeschooled our 4 until they reached 7th grade. Our family has fostered children since 2021 and we had twin baby girls placed with us as 1-month-olds that stayed for almost 2 years. Most recently I have been a Lead Infant Teacher at a lovely, prominent preschool in the RVA area. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family outdoors. I love reading, music, gardening and art! I also love baking. My skills include creativity and a good work ethic.
