About Reagan

Hello! My name is Rea . I am 21 years old and currently an undergraduate student at the University of Kentucky. I am majoring in psychology and plan on pursuing a career in developmental psychology. I have four years of experience in childcare with children ages 5 weeks-10 years old. I am very passionate about being actively present and involved with the kids I work with and prioritize building a bond with them as individuals. This includes creating crafts and activities, playing with them, learning about their interest and hobbies, and creating a safe environment for open communication about their wants, needs, and feelings. I am very good at conflict resolution and believe it is highly important to be respectful, patient, and kind to children. I have experience caring for children with learning disabilities and have worked with children with physical disabilities through an equine therapy program. I can assist with housework and have much experience with pet care if needed.
