I'm currently a special needs para professional. I work one on with a students who requires extra assistance. I have my BA in sociology with a substitute teaching credential. I also use to be a therapeutic aide for adults with special needs. I use to do case management for the Children Crisis center which allowed me to work one on one with the families. I have a background in counseling which allowed me to help adolescents with drug and alcohol addiction in a 30 day treatment program. I work with at risk teens children in foster care and children on probation while being assistant supervisor at a group home. Ive worked with kids and adults with many different diagnosis throughout my career. I also have a 6-year-old that has been diagnosed with ADD and ADHd. I coach JV girls basketball at Johansen high school and was team mom for my sons football team for the last 5 years.
