She had another job so she was always running late or not show up at all. Communication was very difficult because she would rarely text back until morning of or late in the night. She was not personable with our son and barely talked to him. The days she would watch him all day she would mostly just sleep on our couch. We had quite a few conversations with her regarding being late and if these days were not going to work for her and nothing ever changed. I would not recommend her.
