About Raquel

For the past eight years, I've found immense joy in caring for children. My previous babysitting experiences showed me the importance of supporting families by providing reliable care. As a certified teacher's assistant with some graduate school experience, I enjoy playing educational games, board games, puzzles, and even appropriate technology-based games with kids aged 1-11. I am patient, calm, and follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and am also happy to help with light housekeeping. I speak both English and Spanish. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep you informed about your child's day. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life brings me great satisfaction.
