We hired Raegan to help with child care for our 20 month old son. She was on time after 1st day (our apartment is hard to find), she was reliable and open to changes. I would just suggest making sure that if you schedule her for a time, you discuss about what happens if someone comes home early, obviously they rely on money/hours so that's totally understandable. She was lovely and very communicative and our son liked her too.
