About Rae

I worked for my mom when she became ill cleaning, cooking, shopping, giving meds, personal care, running errands, helping care for the dogs, taking her to appointments and on outings, and other things. I did laundry, changed linens, washed dishes, cleaned the kitchen, inside the refrigerator, swept and mopped floors, dusted, cleaned windows, cleaned the bathroom, cleaned woodwork, and also cleaned out and organized the closets and basement storage area, etc. I also swept and kept the porch and patio cleaned up as well as watered flowers and plants. After my mom passed away I chose to stay in this field although it had not been my normal area of employment as I have come to get great fulfillment from helping others in need in these ways. I have since worked with several individuals, young and aged, with both mental and physical disabilities in their homes either as a sitter or helping with many things mentioned above and taking some out for community socialization.
