About Rachel

Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm a 29-year-old special educator and mom with 10+ years experience working with children (with and without physical and intellectual disabilities). I have been teaching at the high school level for 4 years and was a paraprofessional for several years prior. As such, I can also provide tutoring services for English, math, and history at varying levels. I also have a masters degree in Developmental Psychology. I am currently CPR, first aid, and medication administration certified through the state of MA. I have a car with a clean record (never been in an accident) and am a non-smoker. My circumstances are a bit unique in that I have an infant son who would need to accompany me to any nannying or babysitting jobs on weekdays between 7:30-3:30. I am happy to travel to families or provide a clean, safe space in my own home to watch children. I do have a large dog, but she is very docile and good with kids.
