About Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel! I am currently in my final year of my Doctorate program in Occupational Therapy. I have developed a strong foundation in caregiving through various roles before attending graduate school. I have taught swim lessons, babysat for multiple families, and cared for kids from birth to 20+ years. Within my OT program, I have taken various child development courses and I recently did my last clinical rotation at a pediatric hospital in an outpatient and inpatient setting, including babies in the NICU. I had the opportunity to work with children with complex medical needs and various physical and developmental disabilities. My favorite role is being an aunt to my niece and nephew who are both under the age of 5! As I seek a job to support myself through graduate school, I am eager to offer my skills and passion to care for kiddos and their families I look forward to the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those I care for!
