We have known and been working with Rachel for 2 years and she takes wonderful care of our kids! Rachel is warm and loving towards them and absolutely loves to play. Many times when we get home, she is on the ground playing cars or building tall towers with them. Rachel is reliable and responsible - she is on time and easy to schedule with. Lastly, Rachel takes direction and feedback well and learns quickly how to fit within your family. She is and would be a great addition!
