We loved Rachel! She nannied for our two kids summer 2023. I was especially impressed with her initiative. She planned all sorts of outings for our kids and found lots of great free events in the area for them. She was punctual, caring, respectful, and a good communicator. I loved how she worked with our 4-year-old on his reading. She also managed to get our kids to clean up after themselves... Our house was incredibly clean every time we came home. The only downside was that she accepted a new teaching job part way through the summer, which meant we needed to find another nanny last minute to cover the 3 additional weeks she had previously committed to do but no longer could. That said, she communicated with us right away as soon as she got the job, which we appreciated.
