I believe that every child is unique and deserves individualized care. I tailor my approach to each child's needs, interests, and developmental stage. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I find joy in helping children learn and grow. Communication is key, so I keep parents regularly updated on their child's day. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, text updates, or phone calls. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
