As a childcare provider over the past 12 years, I have experience taking full responsibility of children ages infant-16 years old, prepare quick meals and snacks, organize activities and play with the children, and put the children down at proper bed times. My professional work experience include being a camp counselor and after-school care provider and a behavior therapist. Currently, I am a special education aide in an Elementary School and work with students in an autistic support classroom. I handle feeding, toileting, and provide Manding and Instructional teachings to my students in the classroom. I have experience using AAC devices on the iPad, sign language, and PECS for other forms of communication. I love getting to know children and their caregivers to ensure that they have a good time, as well as being a great and positive role model in their lives.
