Rachael was absolutely the best person we could have had with my parents. My mother had dementia my dad was having mini strokes. Through it all she was kind compassionate and very patient, which at times could challenging. She treated them like they were her grandparents. I was concerned with my mother getting bed sores but Rachael kept both of my parents clean. She also made sure my mom was repositioned when needed. She was truly a blessing for us.
