Hello my names Philicia, I'm 41 years old and have been caring for children since my teenage years. One of my first experiences was babysitting a mentally challenged (autistic) child when I was 14 years old, in whom I babysat until I graduated high school. Worked in retail management for 10 years but my passion for children kept me striving as a nanny for different companies and many families. I've cared for twins and multiple children at once. I also have a foster care license which has blessed me with the opportunity to care for a beautiful newborn baby girl since August 2016! She's now 4, in TK and is finally adopted (Dec 2020). I'm looking for a long-term, full-time position with a family where I can utilize my current skills and contribute to the growth/development of the family & children I nanny for. P. S. I'm a go getter, lots of infant knowledge and am extremely hands on. Covid neg + have the vaccine :)

Philicia will have worked for our family for 10 months. She has been invaluable to our family. She is very responsible and reliable. She is able to think ahead and anticipate our needs. She was able to get my preschooler to nap everyday which is tough to do. Philicia drove kids to school, the park and therapy appointments. She was very gentle & caring with my special needs daughter who requires a lot of assistance getting dressed, changing her diapers & giving her medication. She made healthy & balanced meals for the kids. She did the kids laundry and kept the sink clean of dishes. Our needs have changed and we can't offer her full time work anymore. We are sad to see her go!
