About Perside

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with 13 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have given me the opportunity to positively impact children's lives, which motivated me to pursue a career in childcare. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication with parents and provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates to ensure everyone is on the same page. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and find that consistency and structure are essential for children's well-being. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that stimulate learning.
